Opis projektu
Tlen singletowy (1O2) wytwarzany w chloroplastach indukuje przekazywanie sygnału wstecznego z organellum do jądra, wywierając wpływ na ekspresję genów jądrowych. Celem obecnych badań jest identyfikacja mechanizmów odpowiedzialnych za przekazywanie sygnału indukowanego przez 1O2 oraz jego zależnością od aktywności enzymów szlaków metabolicznych lub stanem metabolicznym komórki (ang. metabolic signature).
